Mr Woon Teck is a Partner at RSM Singapore. He is actively engaged in driving the firm’s ASEAN Desk strategies. As Head of business consulting, he advises clients on corporate strategies, corporate governance, succession planning, profit improvement and cross-border M&A transactions, particularly in ASEAN, where he works closely with banks to help fund clients’ growth strategies.

A champion on the ASEAN story, he was instrumental in co-producing the guides on ‘Doing Business in ASEAN’ and ‘Building a Regional Treasury Centre for Sustainable Growth’ with Rajah & Tann Asia and UOB, and rolling out other Go ASEAN initiatives.
